  • Approximate location (country and city), derived from the IP address without storing the address itself
  • The referring website, if any

Local Browser Storage

  • Form responses are cached temporarily in your browser
  • A random identifier is stored in your browser to count visits; it contains no personal information
  • You can clear this data anytime through your browser settings
